The guy making the omelette accused me of stealing other peoples omelette and humiliated me in front of so many people. My order was given to the white guy. Probably because I am asian and he prefers prioritizing white people. He even gave a side comment about the rest of my family that they were walking around and loitering the place. It is a buffet is he expecting us to just sit and wait for the food to come? Totally ruined our day. Might not be the best place to spend a weekend with the entire family if you prefer not being humiliated in front of many people.
Great food. Terrible service. The staff takes too long for signing people in from the hotel for included breakfasts. If they came around and checked the people rather than policing the front, there wouldnt be a line up. Dinner service was horrendous. The meal took quite literally twice as long as needed. It would be okay if the service was such that they check in and gave a good pace. There was no one in the restaurant and we were ignored for 10 min at a time. Dessert included w the special was not available that day and we werent told about it until the end.
I had breakfast here twice because it was included in my hotel package, but I would never come here again. The staff who work here were unprofessional and very unpleasant, on both visits, and the managing staff was not interested in receiving any feedback. They were frequently complaining among themselves in the open about customers they didn't like and their own personal issues, like how many shifts they had to work and how they couldn't wait to leave, while aggressively pushing for tips. Several of the staff seemed very miserable to be working there and gave a lot of attitude to the guests. As soon as we were seated our server (a very unhappy middle aged woman named Keandre) pushed to complete the gratuity form, even though it's a self serve buffet and all she did was clear plates and we only just sat down. Throughout my entire meal she was very condescending and rude. She was also very insulting to another guest sitting behind me who spoke English with an accent, speaking extremely loud and in an exaggerated, condescending way, rather than just more slowly, which was upsetting to watch. I asked for and spoke with the manager at the end of the meal, but was brushed off as saying sometimes staff have a bad day, which is not acceptable. This place is also extremely overpriced, $22 for an average buffet with abysmal customer service where the only item that tasted decent was the omelette bar, which had a huge line up. I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs.
Prices are high and food is awful. Avoid beef teriayki bowl and service is slow
Excellent fresh choices. Made to order omelette, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, breads, so much food. Service is top notch. Staff is eager to please. Food is fresh. Highly recommended!
