It's a 3 star hotel. It's fine! Very central in this cute lil town of Harrison. Small bed for 2 people but comfy. Bathroom is def old.. Some mould on the shower curtain, gross grout and not the best plumbing, hallways smell old... That kinda feel. Gym and hot tub were closed for maintenance... So yeah. 3 stars! Friendly staff. Wish they didn't use Styrofoam coffee cups in the rooms.
Very fake. The pictures look very different to what you get and the parking is not even free, it costs $10! The rooms are quite dated and really could use cleaning. My room had 5 light switches and 1 of them worked, very little light. There was also a hole in the roof of my bathroom so when I turned on the fan a chunk of the roof fell. The lights flicker when they are turned on. Good location though, only steps away from everything. The AC basicly is non-existent. It does not work at all, the thermostat said our room was 80F and it never went down even when we tried.
I would recommend this hotel. We went in the middle of the week so the rate was very reasonable. Our stay included free parking and free unlimited access to the public hot spring pool across the road. We had a bit of an issue with our drain, but they were happy to gove us a discount on our room because of it. I would stay here again.
Underwhelming at best... Old, dirty & loud. NEEDS a renovation. Inconsistent cleaning standards. Of the bad reviews, our friends had all that the same weekend. One positive, the pub across the street (and heading home to actually sleep).I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this deserved it - won't be back.
Checked in to poop in the toilet. No AC room smelled like mildew. We stayed here 8years ago and liked it. They changed ownership. It's obvious no maintenance is being done. Housekeeping is not happening. Our neighbors had no AC as well. They had a homeless man pretend to be maintenance to fix it. That isn't the hotels fault but security is lacking. They did discount the room. We would rather pay more for a clean safe place to stay.
