This is a really nice place, only if the management took care of the property properly. There are cob webs all around the rooms and outside on the patio. Even the main entrance is covered witht them!! So gross! Fruit flies in the kitchen. The bath tub wasn't even cleaned there was soap scum all over it.The man at check-in named Reza was so rude when we checked in and out. My husband went upstairs to check in and Reza opened the room door and let my husband in, in silence gave him the keys and said "ok" and walked out. He was not courteous nor welcoming. At check out we tried to speak with him and let him know about our stay, he said flat out "I don't care". This was the worst customer service we have experienced while staying with our two children who care under 4 years old. I would not recommend nor ever return for a stay here. Due to the lack of care of the premises and level or disrespect from management.
Nice hotel. Seems like it was previously a condo that has now been converted into a hotel. Penthouse suites have very spacious vaulted ceilings with a bedroom in the loft that exits onto a spacious rooftop patio. I'd recommend the corner penthouse units away from the street. You get to balconies, one with the view of the mountains, the other with a view of the lake. And private access to the rooftop patio is a great bonus. The patio had chairs and tables, it accommodated my party of 14 with plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Parking is unfortunately $5 per night but street parking is free. There was also many light bulbs missing in our unit and a large hole in the drywall exposing some wires in my unit. Also the stoppers from the tubs were all missing so we couldn't take a bath.
Had a wonderful time here. Clean and spacious. Kitchen had all I needed to cook up a huge feast. Checking in and out made easy with nice management guy. Id love to come back here. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
The location is good. The rooms/suites are quite big. It's a newer building but the quality is a bit rushed. I was stuck on a pullout sofa which was fairly uncomfortable, but the beds were fine. The internet is a bit anemic for multiple users. All in all it's not too bad.
I booked the fourth floor penthouse via airbnb. It was good experience - clean, spacious and I personally loved the huge terrace and the balcony that overlooked the lake. This resort offers a serviced-apartment like room, furnished with a microwave, oven and a homelike refrigerator. The staff was friendly and kind. Parking was available at $5 per day.
